Track your JBW order with the FedEx tracking number provided after shipping. This lets you know when to expect your package.

How to track your order:You will receive an email with FedEx tracking information once your package is dispatched for delivery. Orders take 1-2 business days to process before leaving the distribution center. Orders placed during the weekend or a national holiday will be processed within the following two business days, and tracking information will follow shortly after.<div style=" text-decoration: none;"> </div>Why you might not have received a confirmation email:If you haven&apos;t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your SPAM folder. To prevent JBW emails from being filtered out, add support@jbw.com to your address book or safe sender list. If you still have not received a confirmation email, contact support@jbw.com with your first and last name, order information, and shipping address.

Order Tracking

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed once placed. If needed, you can return items following the return policy.

Can I cancel or make any order changes? JBW processes orders quickly, which means they are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes:<ul style=" text-decoration: none;"><li>Billing or shipping address updates</li><li>Addition or removal of items</li><li>Changes in color/size of items</li><li>Addition or removal of a discount code</li><li>Order cancellation requests</li><li>Shipping method changes</li></ul>If you are no longer interested in your purchase, you may return the order upon arrival. Order Cancelations

If your order hasn’t arrived or shows as delivered but you don’t have it, check with neighbors or your local carrier first. Contact JBW customer service for further assistance if it’s still missing.

My package says &#x201C;delivered&#x201D; but I don&#x2019;t have it. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can&#x2019;t find it within 48 hours of the expected delivery, you should:<ul style=" text-decoration: none;"><li>Verify the shipping address</li><li>Look for a notice of attempted delivery</li><li>Look around the delivery location for your package</li><li>See if someone else accepted the delivery</li><li>Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail, as some packages travel through multiple carriers</li><li>Wait 48 hours, as in rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival</li></ul>JBW is not responsible for missing packages. However, if you believe the package has been stolen or misplaced, you may file a claim with FedEx directly.
