Do you ship internationally?

Yes. JBW ships worldwide, with the exception of select restricted countries (including Cuba, Russia, Nigeria, North Korea, and South Sudan).

Please note that prices at checkout will include your country’s import duties and taxes for most destinations. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected prior to completing your purchase. If you refuse an international package upon arrival, $100 USD will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be issued after the product is returned to JBW headquarters, which can take 4–6 weeks.

Where do orders ship from?

JBW’s headquarters are based in Dallas, Texas, and all products are shipped from there.

What are import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes will be calculated and included in your order total for most countries. These charges are determined by the duty and tax laws of the destination country or region. They are your responsibility and will be collected prior to completing your purchase. If you refuse a package upon arrival, $100 USD will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes will not be applied at checkout for the following countries:
