What warranty is included?

• International Warranty: 2 years, covering manufacturer defects.

• Platinum Warranty (upgrade): Extends coverage by 2 years and includes unlimited battery replacements, one complimentary cleaning/tune-up, one free leather strap replacement, two bracelet links, and covered shipping (U.S. only).

How do I use my warranty?
Register your timepiece on our website and provide proof of purchase.

What’s not covered?

• Everyday wear such as scratches, fading, or plating loss

• Water damage beyond the watch’s rated resistance

• Loss, theft, fire, or accidental damage

• Unauthorized repairs

How do I get my watch repaired?
Complete our online Repair Form. Most repairs take 2+ weeks, and you’ll receive a quote before any work begins.

Replacement parts & example costs:

• Leather bands: $25–$30

• Metal bands: $45–$900

• Rubber bands: $35

• Crystals: $20

• Crowns: $8

• Movements: $30–$150

Other components (buckles, dials, cases, links, pushers) are also available. Shipping fees apply.
