Repair ProcessUpdated 18 days ago
How do I send in my watch for repair?
The process is effortless:
- Complete the repair form.
 - Include a note describing the issue.
 - Package your watch securely in a bubble mailer or box and ship it using a carrier of your choice. We will not be responsible for items that arrived damaged so please ensure it is packaged securely.
We recommend skipping the original packaging and using a compact box to minimize shipping costs. While you’ll cover shipping to and from our service center, we take care of the repair itself (if covered under warranty). Cost transparency will be provided if not covered under warranty. Once your watch is repaired, we’ll email an invoice for return shipping. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as the invoice is paid.
How long does a watch repair take?
Our team does their best to have most repairs completed within two weeks of receipt. If your piece requires special parts or further attention, we’ll be in touch with updated timelines.

 - Women's leather band: $25
