What is the Platinum Warranty?
The Platinum Warranty is an upgrade option available only to purchases on JBW.com. It extends your standard warranty two additional years (4 years total) and provides extra protection and servicing options to help preserve the value of your JBW watch.
Every JBW watch has a basic international 2-year warranty, issued by JBW itself, and validated with a serial number and guarantee card inside the watch box. Please note, the international warranty is for timepieces only, accessories are not included under warranty. The Platinum Warranty includes the basic warranty plus these additional features:
