When will my order ship?
All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days at our Dallas, TX headquarters. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. Ground: 3–5 business days
U.S. Overnight: Next business day (most locations)
International Priority: 5–7 business days
Processing time is not included in shipping estimates. Expedited options are business days only and do not apply to weekends or holidays.
2-Day Shipping Explained
Our 2-Day option refers to two business days in transit once your order has shipped. It does not mean two days from the time your order is placed.
Here’s how it works:
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12PM CST process the same day and ship that afternoon.
Orders placed after 12PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, ship the following business day.
Shipping carriers do not pick up or deliver on weekends or federal holidays.
Example: An order placed Friday evening with 2-Day Shipping will ship Monday and arrive by Wednesday. For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend placing your order earlier in the week.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at [email protected].
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
First, check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, reach out to [email protected] with your name, order number, and shipping details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We have a very short window to make adjustments, as orders begin processing immediately. While changes are rarely possible (including address updates, item changes, or shipping upgrades), we encourage you to contact our team right away. If your order has already shipped, you may return it once delivered.
My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it.
If tracking shows delivered but your order hasn’t arrived:
Confirm the shipping address
Check with neighbors, building staff, or front desk
Look for delivery notices
Allow 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan packages early)

What are the shipping costs?
U.S. 2-Day: $12.50
U.S. Overnight: $49.00
International Priority: Carrier rate + $8.50 processing fee
Most international duties/taxes are collected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. JBW ships worldwide, with the exception of select restricted countries (including Cuba, Russia, Nigeria, North Korea, and South Sudan).
Where do orders ship from?
All watches are shipped directly from Dallas, Texas.
What are Import Duties & Taxes?
For most destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and collected upfront. If delivery is refused, a $100 return fee will be deducted from your refund once the watch is received (allow 4–6 weeks).
My package is held in customs. What should I do?
