What is the Platinum Warranty?

The Platinum Warranty is an upgrade option exclusively for purchases made on JBW.com. It extends the standard two-year International Manufacturer Warranty by an additional two years, for a total of four years of coverage.

In addition to covering all manufacturer defects like the standard warranty, the Platinum Warranty also includes:

  • Unlimited battery replacements
  • One free tune-up/cleaning
  • One-time free leather strap replacement (if applicable to the product)
  • Two free additional links for bracelet bands (if applicable to the product)
  • Coverage of warranty-related shipping costs (for US customers only)

Important Notes:

  • It does not cover defects and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, loss of plating due to wear).
  • It does not cover defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, natural disaster, wear outside of stated water resistance, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
  • Warranty service performed by anyone other than JBW will void the warranty.
  • The warranty is for timepieces only; accessories are not included.
  • To redeem benefits, the timepiece must be registered and proof of purchase is required.
  • The Platinum Warranty is refundable within the 15-day refund policy, but not once it has been redeemed.
