Do you ship internationally?
Yes. JBW ships worldwide, with the exception of select restricted countries (including Cuba, Russia, Nigeria, North Korea, and South Sudan).

What are your international shipping costs?

Please note that prices at checkout will include your country’s import duties or taxes for most countries. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected prior to completing your purchase. If you refuse an international package upon arrival, $100 US will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be issued after the product is returned to JBW headquarters, which can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Where do orders ship from?

JBW headquarters is based in Dallas, Texas, and all products are shipped from Dallas.
