How do I get my timepiece repaired?Updated a year ago

If you purchased your timepiece directly from our website or from an authorized retailer, you can send all JBW timepieces to our repair site for care.

Repair Process
A timepiece repair can take up to two weeks to finish (from the date we receive the timepiece), but it may take longer if we have to order any special parts.
You will receive a repair quote from our repairs department once your timepiece has been examined and the damage has been assessed. An invoice will then be sent to your email for the repair cost and shipping costs if required. 

What is covered by my warranty?
All JBW timepieces come with a two-year International Manufacturer Warranty, all manufacturer defects are covered by JBW, excluding shipping charges.

If you purchased an extended Platinum Warranty, all manufacturer defects are covered by JBW as well as unlimited battery replacements,  1 free tune-up or cleaning, a leather strap (if applicable), bracelet links if applicable), and warranty-related shipping charges (only applies to domestic customers).

Please note the following is not covered by the International or Platinum Warranties:
-Defects and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, loss of plating due to wear.)
-Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire or natural disaster, wear outside of stated water resistance
-Damage caused by improper use or accidents

To redeem the benefits of a repair or replacement under the International or Platinum Warranty, you must register your timepiece and provide proof of purchase.
