JBW returns are easy and hassle-free. We provide a return shipping label for your convenience. 

We will accept returns of watches in new condition (not worn or links removed) for up to 15 days from the original purchase date. We charge a return fee that covers return shipping, duties, and processing fees. Return fees vary by country.

Refunds are credited to the original form of payment and exclude original shipping charges. Please allow 7-14 business days for return processing after the return package has arrived at our warehouse.
