Domestic Return Policy (US Customers):
- JBW accepts returns of watches in new condition (unworn with all original links) for up to 15 days from the original purchase date.
- There is a $10.00 return restock fee.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
- Allow 7-14 business days for return processing after the package arrives at the warehouse.

International Return Policy:
- JBW accepts returns of watches in new condition (not worn or links removed) for up to 15 days from the original purchase date.
- A return shipping label is provided for convenience.
- A return fee is charged to cover return shipping, duties, and processing fees (fees vary by country).
- Refunds are credited to the original form of payment and exclude original shipping charges.
- Allow 7-14 business days for return processing after the package arrives at the warehouse, with additional time for international orders.
General Return Information:
- Once a watch is altered or is not in new condition (e.g., sized), it cannot be returned. JBW accepts unworn, like-new merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- If you refuse a package, a $10.00 USD charge will be deducted from your refund.
- If an international package is refused upon arrival, $100 US will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be issued after the product is returned to JBW headquarters, which can take up to 4-6 weeks.
Refund processing
- Return Refunds can take 7-14 business days after the return package is received at the warehouse (allow additional time for international orders).
- Keep your return tracking number for your records.
- If a return does not meet the requirements, the watch will be shipped back without a refund.
- Partial refunds may occur if a partial credit was applied towards expedited or international shipping costs (which are non-refundable) or if only a portion of the order was returned.
